This has probably been the most busy week we had, but the best week. I finally had a day break today and boy does it feels good. Not only was I busy I leaned a bunch new skills and facts.
I started to learn how to scuba dive and it was not what I expected. My brother and I first had to watch a 3 hour and 45 minute documentary about diving and then take a test on it. Then we geared up and headed to the pool, to have our first dive. At first I didn’t dare to take a breath under water, but I did. It was fascinating, I felt like I stopped having the need to breath at all and it was a truly unforgettable experience. Feeling the bubbles scrape past my cheek, the tank on my back loosing all its weight and carrying me as if they were my wings.

Then we went to the sea and went shore diving. It was so much different and maybe a little more challenging. There we learned to what we saw in the videos, such as taking of our masks off underwater for a minute then putting it back on and clearing the water from it. When we mastered the course and getting use to the pressure underwater and being able to swim underwater on our own, we went adventuring and a saw stingray and pufferfish.
The weather was very kind to us, there was nice a nice breeze to keep us cool. Except that one day. A storm came out of nowhere and within 3 second the wind hit 36 knots and we were mid way on our dingy to the boat. I had jump on board and pull the rope on the cleat so the boat wouldn’t just fly off. Then lightning stretched across the skies and lighted the dark. We had to put all electronics in the oven, because it is the only place to put them to prevent them from being fired if a lighting hits our boat.

School is starting tomorrow and I am pretty nervous even if I am still on the boat. The time really flies, when you live on the boat. It fells like we will see Koko again in no time. Our neighbors picked him up 5 days ago and is very happy to be out of the pound, but we still miss him.
